To help us plan your perfect event, we ask that requests are made at least 1 month in advance of the event date. Currently, our studio is only available for private events on Sundays during the late morning or early afternoon. A member of our team will contact you to confirm your date or offer an alternative.

Please provide the requested start & end times for your event. Private art events include up to 2 hours in our studio. If you will be serving food/cake or opening gifts, etc. please let us know so we can plan accordingly.

Number of Artists

Please include how many artists will be participating in the art project. Birthday party packages include up to 10 artists (additional artists may be added for an extra fee per person). All other private art events (Girl Scout Troops, Corporate Events, etc.) require a minimum of 8 artists to book an event. Our studio can accommodate up to a maximum of 15 event participants. Please note we do not have a waiting room for non-participating guests. All events are drop-off only.

Will You Be Serving Food and/or Drinks?

Sounds of Color Studio does not provide food, drinks, serveware, or utensils for events. You are welcome to bring your own food, non-alcoholic beverages, serveware and utensils. Unfortunately, we cannot store refrigerated/frozen items in our studio.

Cash/check payment may also be submitted at our studio. Event bookings are NOT confirmed until full payment is received. Cancellation and Refund Policy: We do NOT offer any refunds for private events. Private events may be rescheduled to a different date/time based on studio availability. A minimum of 72 hours advance notice is required to reschedule a private event.
