• ENROLLMENT IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT (INCLUDING FIRST MONTH’S CLASS FEES AND ANY APPLICABLE ONE-TIME MATERIAL FEES) IS RECEIVED.
• Monthly class fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and payment is ALWAYS due by the 1st (first) of each month.
• Any material fees paid upon enrollment are non-refundable, non-transferable, one-time fees. If you intend to stop a class, no amount of the paid material fee (pro-rated or full) will be refunded, nor will any class materials be sent home.
• Payments can be submitted through Zelle to Sounds of Color Studio at (714) 624-1221 OR with Venmo (@Bri-Harb). Cash/check payments are also accepted but must be submitted by the 1st (first) of the month. All late payments, including bounced/returned checks, will be assessed an additional, non-refundable late fee of $30.
• If you intend to stop a class, a written notice must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the desired stop date. If you return after an absence of 1 month or more, please note that class availability and schedules are subject to change. Alternate class accommodations may be available but are not guaranteed.
• Advance notice prior to missing a lesson is appreciated. Makeup lessons (if applicable) must be scheduled in advance for a day/time mutually convenient for both the student and teacher (no walk-ins). Makeup lessons may NOT be used in place of a regular class session. Any accrued makeup lessons are forfeited if a student is no longer enrolled at Sounds of Color Studio. No refunds will be provided for any forfeited makeup lessons.
• Private and group classes include 4 lessons per month (unless stated otherwise). If a month has 5 weeks, there is no additional charge for the fifth class.
• All studio classes are drop-off and pick-up only. There is no waiting room available.
• No refunds, pro-rates, or makeup lessons will be provided when the studio is closed including, but not limited to, during the following: Winter Break (TBA), Spring Break (TBA), Summer Break (TBA), Thanksgiving Break (TBA).
